The
object of this exercise is to 'create' a suicidal profile.To do this we make a rough list of feelings which are commonly associated with suicidal thoughts & behaviour.

This done. The next step is to look for and suggest ways to overcome these 'traits' which make up a suicidal
profile. This will need ongoing research, but eventually should prove to be a very useful technique.
The column to the left is a list of 'suicidal traits'. The click on sites to the right will be used
to suggest or signpost possible ways of overcoming them.
Finally we are getting to the point of this excercise. Perhaps we
don't need to change everything about ourselves. Perhaps we only need to make one or two fine adjustments to change that
which we need to change.
